These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amor Anchor. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Amor Anchor provides an AI-powered relationship coaching platform that offers personalized guidance and advice on dating, relationships, and interpersonal communication. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated relationship advice and coaching
• Conversation history and saved advice management
• Personalized profile-based recommendations
• Premium subscription features with enhanced capabilities

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Amor Anchor, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3.2 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4.2 Content Standards

While using our Service, you must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Amor Anchor, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

• Your device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use

5.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

The Amor Anchor name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Amor Anchor. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Free and Premium Tiers

Amor Anchor offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free tier users have access to limited features (5 conversations per month, 5 saved advice items). Premium subscribers receive unlimited access to all features.

6.2 Payment Processing

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal fee.

6.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Important: Amor Anchor is an AI-powered coaching tool and is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. The advice provided by our AI is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any advice provided through the Service.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMOR ANCHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service
• The conduct or content of any third party on the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AMOR ANCHOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amor Anchor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amor Anchor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or small claims court.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

13. Severability
